Duties: Provide direction and advice on contractual risk to other company departments. Providing strong leadership to ensure that unacceptable risk is not taken by demonstrating professional competence, integrity and attention to detail to Company managers. Demonstrate to external parties a thorough knowledge of the Company’s business, corporate practices, and risk models used to minimize risk exposure and provide a safe work environment. Advocate of Company core values. Is clearly recognized by associates across all departments as representing the Company and can be sought out for advice and mentoring and to answer questions on Company risk policy and objectives. Seeks out responsibility and leadership positions and provides solutions to problems of a contractual nature and corporately. A person who always puts the Company’s interests as their number one priority. Generates, develops, and effectively communicates ideas for improving Nicholson’s policies, procedures, growth and environment Committed to Nicholson through demonstrated support of initiatives and activities Committed to Safety, Quality and Ethics initiatives Active in training and other committee activities.
