The candidate will receive intake calls on multi-line telephone system and scheduling appointments. Manage calendar by entering all appropriate information. Prepare court documents and correspondence. Set up and organize client files. Copying, faxing, emailing, scanning and internet research. Respond to and manage client inquiries. Drafting of letters, pleadings, estate plan documents and forms. Keep attorney advised of case developments. Keep legal files system updated with all case information. Other duties as assigned. Must have efficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel. Should have experience with efiling documents with the various courts.
