My client is a major powerhouse in securities trading with headquarters in midtown Manhattan. Currently they are looking for a long term consultant to join its Securitized Products Group and provide support to the traders on the floor. It is a very exciting and fast paced environment! The right individual should be a junior to mid level developer, with between 3 and 7 years of experience maximum in development of C# and experience providing support to the traders on the floor. In addition, candidates must have multithreading and WPF experience. Specifics:
-Strong fundamentals (multithreading, .NET Framework & OO)
-Knowledge of Corporate Bond or Fixed Income Trading systems
-Strong C# (.NET 3.5 or 4.0)
- WPF is a must (at least 1 years) and WinForms is also a must (minimum of 2 years)
-Working knowledge of SQL & any relational database
-Problem solving/Mathematical/Analytical I will consider H1 candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills fitting the technical requirements.
