A leading Irish Developer is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a hybrid role. They have a wide range of projects on nationwide with a Cork office base. This firm are working on a number of commercial, mixed use and retail developments across Ireland.
This is an ideal opportunity for a polished and highly presentable candidate to work in a client facing position as a part of an award winning team. The firm can offer excellent career progression and further education options.
The candidate will be joining a small team of professional quantity surveyors and working on clientside acquisitions and developments.
The role is best suited to those who meet the following criteria:
Degree or Masters Qualified Quantity Surveying candidates
Candidates located in Cork or looking to relocate
Consultancy, Contractor, Developer or client facing experience highly desirable
Commercial, Residential or Retail experience preferred
5-8 years experience plus as a Quantity Surveyor
Fluent English
Highly presentable
IT Savvy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Key to progress to management appointments within the firm
