Fall Internship
The intern will be asked to answer phones, research legislation for the Member and legislative staff, attend hearings and briefings, and answer constituent letters on various issues before the House. As a result, will learn about the legislative process and the many other functions of a congressional office. Must be college students or graduates. Preference will be given to applicants who: Are a current or former resident of Maine; Have completed two semesters of college.
