The FL Keys/Islamorada, Florida office of Vernis Bowling has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney in general liability insurance defense litigation including but not limited to first and third party property damage insurance litigation. The attorney will assist in the investigation and defense of homeowner’s insurance and complex construction defect matters.
We offer a high-volume practice which will challenge and the guidance of veterans to ensure success and opportunity to grow within the firm. Our philosophy is providing exceptional, cost-effective, personal representation to our clients. The successful candidates will be taking depositions, conducting discovery, appearing in court and assisting in trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Excellent academic credentials with skills in writing and analysis are needed.
Associates will work with senior attorneys with the expectation that the new attorney will manage his/her own caseload.
