The candidate will provide legal support for the following: PC/Clinic legal operations and support in furtherance of the overall strategic business objectives and growth opportunities. Legal advice on state regulatory matters, including state corporate practice of medicine and structure of managed professional corporations. PC/Clinic corporate support including all corporate legal work necessary to ensure the PC's remain in good legal standing such as board meetings, corporate governance, creation of new entities, research of corporate legal issues and general corporate legal advice. PC/Clinic contracting support. Assist **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. litigation with PC/Clinic litigation support. Should have 8+ years’ experience in law firm or corporate legal department. Must have JD and bar admission. Should have exceptional track record of project management, strong partnership and collaboration, influential leadership, and process management. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated good judgment and willingness to take on any project. Familiarity with state corporate practice of medicine laws, government health care programs (Medicare and Medicaid) and healthcare operations desired. Experience with physician practices and arrangements preferred. Background in healthcare or managed care operations a plus.
