The candidate duties include: scheduling, client contact, drafting correspondence, drafting pleadings and discovery, researching legal issues, handling PIP and property damage claims, reviewing medical records, drafting demands, and providing general litigation support. A paralegal certificate from an ABA certified program is preferred. Should have 3 years of paralegal experience in Plaintiff's personal injury, including litigation. Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills using Word, Excel, as well as case management software. Must have the ability to handle a case load of 80 plus clients. Should have the ability to supervise a legal assistant and work as a team with our attorneys and staff.
