Duties

• Support community development finance practice group.
• Draft senior, real estate secured loan documents.
• Draft real estate joint venture partnership/operating agreements.
• Review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
• Oversee paralegal title and survey review.

Requirements

• 3rd to 5th year associate with real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with tax credit transactions preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the state of the office location.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State bar admission.
