The candidate should have 3 years’ experience working in a law firm with litigation experience, excellent organizational, communication and research skills, as well as an ability to work under pressure. The right candidate will be hardworking, personable, will also have a passion for the industry and be a team player. Must have a high degree of familiarity with drafting pleadings and the litigation process (knowledge of the E-portal/E-filing systems local and statewide). Ability to conduct legal research a plus. Must be able to maintain and organize high volume case load and/or manage files for attorney. Experience using specialized legal case management is highly desirable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have ability to type 55 net words per minute with a minimum 95% accuracy.
