The Nursing Professional Development Specialist at Yale New Haven Health System is built upon the Nursing professional development, Scope and Standards of practice framework. Qualifications
EDUCATION
Masters degree or higher required , one degree must be in nursing (Either BS or MS in nursing) Candidates must be enrolled in a Masters program and the degree must be completed by 12/31/2023
EXPERIENCE
3-5 Years of active Nursing experience , one year of relevant teaching experience preferred , nursing staff development and/or specialty area preferred
LICENSURE
Licensure as a RN in the state of CT/ RI & Nursing Board Certification within 2 years of hire
SPECIAL SKILLS
Demonstrates ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate educational programs.
