Duties: Draft applications are saved automatically and can be accessed through candidate home account. Final applications must be submitted prior to the close of the recruitment. Once a recruitment has closed, applications will no longer be accepted. Manages all day to day activities associated with Intellectual Property (IP) management, monitoring licenses and other contracts, works with faculty and staff to implement materials transfer agreements (MTAs) and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and manages of invention reporting compliance requirements of federal agencies and other research sponsors. Tracks, manages, and takes appropriate actions to coordinate all activities associated with patent preparation and prosecution between outside IP law firms and the university. Monitors license agreements for licensee compliance with terms and conditions (including royalty and patent cost payments) and oversees distribution licensing revenue to inventors and other stakeholders.
