Work You’ll Do
WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP HYBRIS ECOMMERCE SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS. FUNCTION AS INTEGRATOR BETWEEN BUSINESS NEEDS AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, HELPING TO CREATE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS TO MEET CLIENTS BUSINESS NEEDS. RESEARCH USER REPORTED ISSUES, IDENTIFY ROOT CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS, IMPLEMENT FIXES, AND LIAISE BETWEEN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, END USERS, AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAMS. TRACK APPLICATION DEFECTS USING DEFECT-TRACKING TOOLS, COORDINATE DEFECT RESOLUTION EFFORTS, AND DOCUMENT RESOLUTION DETAILS. ASSESS AND DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS THROUGH ANALYZING INTERACTIONS BETWEEN KEY DRIVERS. PERFORM ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. ESTIMATE TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR DEVELOPMENT WORK. PERFORM CONCEPTUAL AND TECHNICAL DESIGNS, INCLUDING THE USE OF OBJECT-ORIENTED ANALYSIS AND DESIGN (OOAD) TECHNIQUES. DEVELOP SOLUTIONS TO CLIENT PROBLEMS THROUGH APPLICATION OF PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND STANDARD METHODS AND TOOLS. VALIDATE SOLUTIONS WITH SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS. DEFINE SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOP SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, PROCESS DESIGN, PROTOTYPE AND TEST CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. WRITE FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, CREATE PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS, AND FINALIZE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. CREATE TEST CASES AND PERFORM FUNCTIONAL, NON-FUNCTIONAL, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, BLACK-BOX, WHITE-BOX, AND END-TO-END TESTING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS. CREATE TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, PROCESS MODELS, AND PSEUDO CODE TO BE USED FOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT.
15% TRAVEL REQUIRED NATIONALLY.

Requirements
BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD. ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WITH:
WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP HYBRIS ECOMMERCE SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS;
PERFORMING BACKEND DEVELOPMENT OF WEBSITES USING JAVA, J2EE, SPRING FRAMEWORK AND MYSQL; WORKING WITH SAP HYBRIS MULTI-CHANNEL SUITE, INCLUDING SAP CUSTOMIZING COCKPIT, WRITING IMPEX AND FLEXIBLE SEARCH QUERIES, INTEGRATING CRON JOBS AND PERFORMING DATA MANIPULATION IN BACKOFFICE;
USING GIT, JIRA, CONFLUENCE, SPLUNK, GRAFANA AND APACHE SOLR THROUGHOUT A PROJECT LIFECYCLE TO SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES;
PERFORMING DAY-TO-DAY PRODUCTION SUPPORT ACTIVITIES, RESOLVING REPORTED TECHNICAL ISSUES, AND RESOLVING FRONT-END AND BACK-END ERRORS IN SAP HYBRIS;
WRITING DATABASE QUERIES, PERFORMING DATA MANIPULATION AND EXTRACTING DATA ACCORDING TO CLIENT PROJECT REQUIREMENTS;
TROUBLE SHOOTING INCLUDING EXCEPTION AND ERROR HANDLING USING SAP HYBRIS E-COMMERCE PLATFORM;
CARRYING OUT DEVOPS PROCESSES.
15% TRAVEL REQUIRED NATIONALLY.
