Job Summary

Responsible for timely and accurate financial tracking, reporting & analysis, vendor/partner management & service contract execution, and analysis of variances versus budget and forecast. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Performs all business intelligence analysis and data exploitation. Extracts signals and signatures from raw data, integrates that information with other data sources and compiles/disseminates formatted reports to customers.

Recommends improvements to competitive business intelligence reports and interpretation of data by sales, business development, product and executive committees.

Prepare and monitor financial forecasts to ensure expenditures are within budget, accurately recorded and appropriately classified.

Produce financial and performance reporting on regular basis to assist in evaluation and maintenance of monthly forecast cycle.

Analyze and track financial data and create financial models for decision support - Work closely with the accounting / finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

Reconcile transactions by account and project by comparing and correcting tracker data.

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.

Assist in annual budget process as required.

Manage, track and process business contracts from review and approval processing through purchase order generation.

Liaise with internal business teams, legal, procurement & external partners to produce intelligible Work Orders that align with company contract standards.

Monitor and resolve contract-related issues partnering with appropriate team to close out.

Work with hiring managers to onboard contracted staffing according to finance, procurement and legal processes.

Communicate and present contract status / information to stakeholders

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
