Must have knowledge of general family immigration process and removal defense. Creative legal arguments and extreme attention to detail in preparing motions, briefs, and supporting documents. Should preferable have Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have ability to manage a caseload and keep cases on track through completion. 1 year of experience with family immigration and/or removal defense is required. This is a remote position (i.e. from home office).
