The candidate will join an energetic and experienced library staff that provides the highest level of patron service and supports the mutifaceted information needs of faculty and students. Will manage a variety of services including circulation, reserves, SSRN processing, and interlibrary loan. Will help maintain related technology and systems, faculty request databases. Will supervise a team of five full time paraprofessionals and a fluctuating number of student workers, who are dedicated to providing the highest order of customer service. Supports faculty scholarship, coordinates material request fulfillment, and helps manage repository submission form. Services as Library Liaison to Northwestern Law's six law journals. Provides services activities and work on team-based projects with other members of the Legal Research Center. Participation in professional development activities is encouraged and supported.
