This position assists the Building Commissioner in departmental operations by managing the City's list of vacant buildings and insures all vacant properties are maintained as required. This person also inspects taxi cab meters, gas stations, small and large commercial scales, vehicle tank meters, visual display devices scanning devices, and package weighing machines as well as monitors the Weights and Measures budget and annual report.
