Director of Admissions

Duties: Working with the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Financial Aid, the Admissions Committee, and the dean’s senior leadership team, instrumental in developing and achieving the recruitment and enrollment goals of the College of Law JD program. Plays a significant role in developing a comprehensive and targeted outreach program, overseeing the timely processing of applications for admission, and recruiting applicants and admitted students. Represents the College in a variety of settings, counsels prospective students, and assists in the planning and implementation of a variety of recruitment efforts on and off-campus for pre-law advisors, prospective applicants, applicants and admitted students. Serves as the primary recruiter for the law school by visiting colleges and developing relationships with pre-law advisors and student groups. Working with the Assistant Dean for Marketing and Communications, the Director assists in the creation of print and on-line publications, as well as creating and monitoring on-line content.
