Associate Athletics Director, Compliance

Duties: Managing the daily operations of Athletics Compliance Services and oversight of all compliance activities related to prospective and current-student athletes. Reviewing, tracking and auditing all decisions made regarding admissions and financial aid for student-athletes and for monitoring all aspects of the process to ensure Athletic Association rules are being followed. Oversees the recruiting process for all athletic teams who represent the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. (UNR). Supervises the compliance component of the Athletics Academic and Compliance Program. Oversees association and athletic conference documentation required for Division I status and for association, conference, and internal and external auditors, including preparation of required reports. Responsible for Association and athletic conference rules interpretation and education for all athletes, coaches, athletic staff, boosters, and the university community. Develops proactive strategies to prevent rule violations through education and monitoring programs and conducts preliminary investigations for suspected rules violation when identified or reported.
