Home Services Operations Manager

The Home Services Operations Manager is directly responsible for the day to day management of all controllable fulfillment expenses (inclusive of the largest expenses of Fleet and Labor), foundational excellence requirements (certification and assessment management), and HR maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Controllable Expenses
Ensures Fleet is maintained to high levels of productivity by reporting accuracy, proper maintenance requirements are completed and documented, and kept in proper working order.
Payroll Management – process payroll weekly for geographical area, ensuring all SOP is followed for labor management.
Records all labor reclass to stay within budget while facilitating agent development, agent certification, and ensuring proper board capacity for business needs.
Maintains all resources and tools such as supplies, technology, and tools along with Fleet and Labor in support of standard installation and delivery, and custom/complex installation.
Coordinates scheduling and routing to maximize productivity, including procurement and assignment of special resources for custom/complex fulfillment.
Completes all assessment requirements for the geographical area including all compliance audits and specialized licensing requirements for customer/complex fulfillment.
Develops area and individual action plans to overcome performance gaps in regard to controllable expenses.
Conducts Ride-a-longs to ensure SOP execution and helps employees deliver operational effectiveness while growing the business.
Ensures safety procedures are communicated proactively and followed by Agents.
Assists with delivery and installation of products as needed to support Agents.
Supports field leadership in talent strategy, including posting positions, onboarding and maintaining employee records. Communication

Creates consistency in service execution – ultimately protects and grows the brand internally and externally.
Communicates operational gaps to appropriate field leaders and employees.
Business Analysis:
Controls costs and delivers productivity goals by monitoring, analyzing business trends and results on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Validates asset management processes are followed to minimize shrink and adhere to budgets.
Facilitate continuous improvement in operational effectiveness to improve Operating Profit and the client experience.
Basic Qualifications:
1 year of leadership experience (inclusive of supervision of direct/indirect reports, coaching, training, recognition, and managing business outcomes) OR 1 year of Military leadership experience inclusive of coaching, training, recognition, and performance evaluations.
1 year of Consumer Electronics or Appliances Industry experience.
Must be 21 years of age and have a current, valid driver’s license with a clear driving record (no convictions in the last 3 years of DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and no more than 2 moving violations or accidents).
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience managing a remote workforce.
1 year of consumer electronics repair or installation experience.
