**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking to fill the role of Analyst to assist in the development of dashboards that consist of both first and third party data across a variety of clients. The position is hands on, and the candidate should be comfortable with the varying facets of data, design, and execution. Role requires someone with an analytical mindset who is comfortable dealing with data from disparate data sources with the end goal being to help drive insights. The candidate should be a self-starter and be able work with clients and various departments across the organization, primarily supporting the greater analytic team. Given the current conditions, these duties will be mostly performed remotely so the successful candidate should be self-motivating, organized, and eager to take on new tasks and be able to guide others in those same pursuits.  Ultimately, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is successful when our client’s business results improve, this role is integral to that goal.

**** RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards
•    Perform ETL/hygiene on disparate data from a variety of sources.
•    Integrate data from a variety of online platforms (Facebook Business Manager, TradeDesk, Google Analytics etc.)
•    Build SQL queries to resolve analytic-focused requests.
•    Ability to link data visualizations and dashboards to database connections
•    Perform exploratory data analysis to ensure data accuracy and assist in the development of data visualizations
•    Use appropriate client and 3rd Party data sources to carry out in-depth quantitative analyses of customer, market and transaction level data sets
•    Regularly identify opportunities for internal process enhancement.
•    Extract insights from data and provide recommendations to improve our clients’ marketing efforts.
•    Interface with clients to understand their needs and subsequently design/manage/build inspiring solutions.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Math or related field
1 Years’ experience using Tableau, SQL, Excel and Alteryx for data analysis
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
Experience with media or marketing campaigns either from client-side work or agency-side experience.
Highly organizational and presentation skills
Collaborative problem solving mindset
Intellectually curious, resourceful, with business savvy
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear and concise communication skills
