Associate Attorney
The candidate will work for firm that exclusively focuses on Labor & Employment Law. should have 1-4 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Responsible for ensuring cases are proactively pursued and resolved. Associates are expected to manage a docket of pre-litigation cases. Will be supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals and report directly to an assigned Senior Associate. Collaborate with pre-litigation staff – including mid-level management - to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence servicing clients. Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorney team members as needed. Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorney colleagues by example. Responsible for raising any concerns about firm operations, processes, standards, or individual conduct to management either via immediate supervisor or directly to designated human resources manager. Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.
