Clinical Director and Assistant Professor of Clinical Legal Instruction
The candidate may serve as the Director for a new Transactional/Entrepreneurial Clinic. Will oversee and/or conduct all phases of legal advocacy for clinic clients, teach and supervise clinic students, and manage law clinic staff. Will offer students the opportunity to acquire skills important to their professional development while representing for-profit and not-for-profit entities; start-up enterprises; and well-established businesses. In the alternative, may serve as the Director for a new Capital Defense Clinic. Will oversee and/or conduct all phases of legal advocacy for clinic clients, teach and supervise clinic students, and manage law clinic staff. Will offer students the opportunity to acquire skills important to their professional development while representing appellants of capital crime convictions through their post-trial hearings.
