Tasks:

This position is responsible for working on delivery systems, steam boilers, thermal fluid heaters, air compressor, ammonia refrigeration system, which requires working in hot and cold conditions. The individual will learn and perform all aspects of the refrigeration department, which include, but are not limited to, cleaning all areas and equipment, taking temps, machine readings, compressor logs and general maintenance of refrigeration equipment. Candidate will learn and understand the importance of our process safety management program. Candidate will be expected to have basic computer skills and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of site personnel. The individual will be able to adapt to different situations daily and react to emergency situations when needed. The selected individual will be required to pass a respirator fit test and become a certified member of the plant’s HAZMAT team.

Schedule:

Four 12-hour workdays per week

Weekends and holidays work in rotation

Position Requires:

Resume must be attached to application to be considered. Two years industrial maintenance experience or one year refrigeration/HVAC experience or training/certification equivalent is required.

All job offers are based on conditions that the candidate can pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of the post-offer health assessment. A post offer background check will be conducted.
