JOB DESCRIPTION:
Here are the mandatory skills/requirements:
Must be a very heavy Scrum Master CSM
SAP experience can be minimal. P2P is no longer required.
Must be Atlanta based. Will need to go into the downtown Atlanta office for meetings.
Communications skills must be excellent.
Position Description:
This PMSM will manage work in both SAP Procure to Pay and SAP Finance. Includes Ariba, FieldGlass, PowerPlan and other software integrations.
Prior experience managing cloud software projects preferred, as well as experience managing large, complex projects with multiple work streams, leading combined communications across scrum teams and coordinating deliverables to avoid conflict/collisions with other teams and projects
Light experience with SAP- Sourcing/Procurement functions as well as SAP Finance
Significant experience managing external vendors in agile ceremonies and process
Proven experience managing implementation projects with work efforts shared across multiple 3rd party vendors and/or system integrators
Certified Scrum Master and at least 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading a software development team actively applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, and knowledge of additional Agile approaches (Scaled Agile, Kanban). This role will serve as scrum master as required by projects.
Must have capability to flex across Scrum Master and Project Manager
