Tax JD/LLM Staff - Summer 2021
The candidate will participate in a project to improve the tax effectiveness of a supply chain structure. Will assist with tax due diligence on behalf of a private equity firm. Prepare tax returns for a large airline client. Work with an audit team to determine whether or not the tax accounts are appropriately stated for a media client's financial statements. Should be pursuing a J.D. or LL.M. degree. A strong academic record, including course work that company deems relevant to this position will be considered. Should be actively pursuing the CPA or membership in the Bar. Must be flexible and willing to travel as well as work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Should be proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment. Should also be proficient with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
