Custom Pre-Order Ap with variant name adjustment inventory functionality
We need to create a custom PRE-ORDER ap for our own use that is very different from the existing available aps.
When a variant inventory hits 0, instead of changing the add to cart to pre-order now like other aps do, we need this ap to edit our variant names for size from S to S - PRE-ORDER and also add a specific inventory quantity taken from a google sheet cell on our purchase order.
Then later when the stock arrives to our warehouse, we need to be able to mark those variants as arrived somehow to revert the many variant names back to normal off of pre-order. Maybe shopifys inventory transfer feature could play into this functionality somehow.
Is this something that is possible and that we can hire you to create? If so, please let us know how to proceed and the costs involved.
