US Based CPA for business/personal taxes and accounting help
Hi,
We have a small business (less than $300k revenue) based in Alaska and I am looking for a CPA to work with remotely for tax filing. We currently have a bookkeeper that we work with for managing Quickbooks online. Though we will primarily look to this role for tax filing purposes and quarterly reviews, I would also like to have someone I can work with for advice on how best to structure a business and/or review to make sure that things are setup correctly. There will also be additional work on previous year taxes.
In addition to our normal filings, we like to pay for the tax filing services for our employees since its usually simple W2, but we still like an accountant to review with them to make sure they are getting all of their deductions.
We have 2 business:
• A C-corp (small business we are building with limited assets and transactions. No employees)
• An LLC Sub-chapter S small business with 4 employees
• Ultra-small LLC with less than $500 income
Im posting this as hourly, but Im comfortable with a different setup as well.
