Automate conversion of non-standard PDF text into standard CSV file
Have thousands of PDFs with relatively similar data but structured in a different way. Need to extract the text from a PDF, organize it into a dataset, and then have it accessible in a CSV or JSON file (depending on how you want to structure it). It is something I know how to do with Regular Expressions, but obviously dont want to go down that time consuming route, when someone smart can do it very quickly, likely in
