The candidate should be familiar with all phases of a residential real estate transaction and should have 2-5 years experience. Primary responsibility will include: opening files, ordering title, plot plans, MLCs, issuing title commitments, preparing files for closing and post-closing files. Must have familiarity with e-closing is a must. Signing bonus offered to qualified candidates. Generous bonus structure for business referred. Experience of 2 years (Preferred). Bachelor's (Preferred). Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
