The candidate should have Human Resource or related discipline. Must have Ph.D. with a concentration in Human Resource or related discipline. Should have J.D. with coursework in Human Resource or related coursework. Should have 10 years management experience, preferably with supervisory and P&L responsibilities in the field of Human Resource or related field. Must have experience with the adoption of new technology and tools. A deep understanding and an appreciation for company’s management philosophy is required. Should have ability to both coach and instruct adult learners in an online environment. Must have the ability to do occasional synchronous work with students.
