The candidate will manage client expectations and delivery of services to clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Develop and review procedures and policies. Review federal and state estate tax returns; as well as associated fiduciary and personal income tax returns. Mentor and coach staff. Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. CPA or J.D./LL.M. or Enroll Agent is required. Should have 5+ years of Estate tax/ fiduciary income tax compliance experience.
