The candidate will manage and execute a variety of corporate transactions for emerging and mid-tier middle market companies; investors and venture capitalists. Should have five to ten+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and private placements; licensing and technology related agreements; and general corporate representation. The right candidate has the knowledge and ability to lead and orchestrate transactions, delegate and oversee junior associates and paralegals, and interest in a position that provides the opportunity to grow as a professional within our firm.
