This effort will allow you to use your specific experience and will have you working alongside our government customers as you collaboratively develop and field the next generation of system enhancements for a variety of Weapon Systems. This position is part of the Aerospace and Engineering Group (AEG), which is the prime contractor to the U.S. Space Force, providing Systems Engineering & Integration of the Launch Safety infrastructure, the Satellite Control Network, and the Standard Space Trainer. Duties and responsibilities include the following Engineering functions: Apply professional knowledge of scientific and engineering concepts, principals, phenomena, and relationships, Delineate appropriately engineered designs, Develop preliminary and final design plans, engineering specifications, and procurement packages in support of the operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, utility, and mission critical systems and equipment, Develop, assess, allocate, evaluate, and manage complex systems level requirements, Serve as an engineering consultant and technical expert on mission-critical infrastructure, systems, and equipment, Research and develop complex systems designs and architectures, Produce and/or review technical documents, test procedures, specifications, and standards.If you are thinking of moving to the Midwest, or perhaps returning to the Dayton area to reconnect with family or friends, now is your chance to make your move.
