Duties: Procurement of information technology supplies and services, long haul telecommunications, commercial satellite communications and/or facility enhancements for mission partners. Assist mission partners with acquisition planning. Collaborate with mission partners on the preparation of complete acquisition packages. Prepare and issue solicitations. Evaluate proposals and quotes. Prepare and award contracts and orders. Administer contracts and orders. Serve as the primary business advisor to mission partners. Assist with resolution of billing and invoice inquiries.
