We are seeking a Customer Service Rep. for a very important client.
Requirement:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Computer, phone skills, Excel & Word. This position will be doing order entry, Sr. Customer Service Rep back-up, will answer emails, maintain Excel sheets, follow up on late orders with Planner, notify customers when orders are going to be late.


Should have a year or of experience, will need to be trained on the order entry system. Should have done customer service phone calls before (1 year of experience) .
