Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager
The candidate will assist in effectively managing the firm’s cases during the pre-litigation stage. Will be responsible for meeting with clients in person to discuss the claims process and to maintain regular, frequent communication with clients. Responsible for assisting our clients to resolve lost wage claims as well as monitoring client’s treatment for their injuries. Under attorney supervision, the case manager will negotiate settlements with insurance carriers. Expected to balance case work with office duties, meet reasonable deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
