Duties

• Manage a caseload of 25-40 matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients based on case understanding.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and contribute to case strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in family law and/or probate.
• Knowledge of personal injury or guardianship is helpful.
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, rules, and procedures.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Courtroom experience.
