Duties

• Address complex multi-jurisdictional employment and employee benefits matters, optimizing plan design to account for tax and securities law considerations.



• Develop commercial and practical workforce solutions by leveraging global expertise and cross-office collaboration.



• Partner with clients as an integrated part of their team to handle challenging compensation and benefits issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in benefits and compensation.



• Sophisticated understanding of the legal landscape, market practice, and conditions in executive compensation and employment law.



• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-border environment with colleagues worldwide.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
