Duties

- Provide counsel on U.S. Customs and import compliance.
- Assist with trade preference programs and trade remedies.
- Advise on U.S. Export Administration Regulations and ITAR.
- Communicate with regulators on investigations and settlements.
Requirements
- Experience in international trade law.
- Ability to manage a small book of business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Skills
- Proficiency in advising on regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with trade preference programs and remedies.
- Experience in trade litigation is advantageous.
