A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney with at least five years of financial services litigation experience to join their team in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in representing financial institutions in a dynamic environment, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Duties

• Analyze, organize, and draft pleadings such as demurrers and motions.
• Lead e-discovery and fact development, including depositions.
• Appear in state and federal court for various pre-trial matters.
• Engage in strategic and analytical problem-solving for client challenges.

Requirements

• Experience with (R)FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, and UCL/UDAP.
• Active California license is required.
• Experience from a regional, national, or outstanding local law firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
