A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its Consumer Financial Services and Insurance Services practice groups in Seattle, WA. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, nationally recognized team representing insurance companies and financial institutions in complex litigation matters.

Duties

• Manage a diverse and challenging caseload involving insurance coverage issues and consumer financial services litigation.



• Handle single-plaintiff matters and appeals in state and federal courts, including bad faith, professional liability, and cyber liability cases.



• Develop and execute litigation strategy with significant responsibility and direct involvement in case management.

Requirements

• Admission to the Washington State Bar in good standing.



• Five or more years of experience in civil litigation within state and federal courts.



• Experience in insurance coverage litigation or consumer financial services litigation, specifically representing financial institutions.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Washington.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.



• Ability to navigate complex litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
