Duties

• Represent financial services companies in disputes involving loan servicing practices and credit reporting.



• Manage multiple matters and competing deadlines while engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel.



• Conduct courtroom proceedings and discovery, taking meaningful responsibility for assigned cases.



• Collaborate within a supportive team while working independently to resolve complex legal issues.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience in consumer financial services or related fields.



• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based.



• Strong academic and professional credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.



• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction; California bar admission is preferred but not required.
