Duties

Requirements

• Previous large law firm experience required.
• Admitted or eligible to waive into the State Bar of New York or California.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the State Bar of New York or California.
