Duties

• Provide strategic direction within the Workers' Compensation team.
• Offer guidance on complex legal matters and settlement negotiations.
• Mentor and develop fellow attorneys for high-quality representation.
• Participate in trials, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
• Conduct client educational webinars and address escalated client matters.

Requirements

• JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5-7 years of Workers' Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
