A law firm seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its Jacksonville, FL office. This role offers the opportunity to manage a robust caseload and advocate for clients navigating complex disability claims within a high-performing, collaborative legal environment.

Duties

• Represent clients through all stages of Social Security Disability claims, from initial application to final resolution.



• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate effectively on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.



• Develop comprehensive legal strategies, gather evidence, and build compelling cases to secure benefits.



• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service and communication.



• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases toward successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Hold an active license and be in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.



• Demonstrate prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings and claims.



• Show a proven ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced setting.



• Exhibit outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.



• Display strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
