Duties

• Manage and litigate professional liability, general liability, and toxic tort cases from inception through resolution.



• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence with superior written and oral communication skills.



• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while maintaining strong organization.



• Track billable hours accurately and utilize case/file management systems for efficient case administration.

Requirements

• Current and active Bar membership in good standing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, DC, and/or Connecticut.



• Prior professional liability litigation experience is preferred, though candidates with relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.



• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis is required.



• Familiarity with case/file management systems and the ability to track billable hours are strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one of the specified jurisdictions (PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, or CT).
