• Advise clients on federal estate and gift tax principles and sophisticated planning structures.



• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and analyze complex legal issues with precision.



• Collaborate with team members and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in New York State.



• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, probate, and tax principles.



• Excellent legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.



• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with careful attention to detail.



• Sound professional judgment and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active New York State bar admission.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.



• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and sophisticated estate planning structures is preferred.
