Duties

• Build and develop the firm's practice in western Wisconsin.
• Engage in meaningful client contact and case responsibility.
• Contribute to existing practice areas or lead new ones.
• Bill 100 to 120 hours per month, reflecting actual work performed.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Wisconsin, or eligible for admission.
• Minnesota bar admission is a plus.
• Strong writing, judgment, and client communication skills.
• Comfort with autonomy and initiative in a new office setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Wisconsin Bar admission in good standing.
