• Engage in structuring and negotiating energy project offtake transactions.
• Maintain daily direct contact with clients, partners, and counterparty counsel.

Requirements

• 3rd to 7th year associate with a transactional focus in the energy sector.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Interest in developing long-term mastery in energy project transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
